Furthermore, is has analyzed the general characteristics of the social mental environment from the two angles of stability and stratums. Based on this, the paper has deal with the relationships between the social mental environmental factors and the ideology. One specific feature of this paper is its independent analysis of the particular form in the social mental environment——the political fashion. On the basis of the analysis of the interconnections of different factors, this paper has deal with the laws that affect the moral education.
