Study On Transfer Ways Of Hi-new-Tech Achievements For Risk Avoiding

High and new technology has changed our life and our production profoundly with incomparable power. The traditional industry economy is transforming into knowledge economy step by step now. It is very important to make a transfer of hi-new-tech achievements for our social economy development to get a high speed and reach a new stage. So the study on transfer ways of hi-new-tech achievements for risk avoiding is in need immediately. This study is based on the present situation of our country practice in high and new technology achievements transfer. The main work is focused on four aspects as follows: Firstly, to study the system of high and new technology, show the complicated system and the technology transfer line in it. The ech-system is put forward as a new concept for researching object, and provides a clue leads hi-new-tech achievements to tech system in application to deliberate the transformation of hi-new-tech achievements. Secondly, to analyze the staged and limited characteristics of hi-new-tech achievements, and approach the influence from transforming stage, aim in stages. The influence factors on transform of hi-new-tech achievements have been studied in a systematic way, divided influence factors into three influencing levels. Thirdly, to present the key factors and essential mathematics described in measurement of the risk, and introduce how to minimize the regret, then providing investor with an all-round method in transfer strategic decision of hi- new-tech achievements for the risk avoiding. Finally, according to the change about tech system set up a series of methods for risk avoiding of hi-new-tech achievements in process of transforming. At the same time, the transforming parameter and corresponding amounts determining of it has been gotten.
