The study of indefinite planning management accords with real fact furthermore than the old methods because it researches the complexity of the object and considers definitude of influential factor. Today, it is one of the front lines hi the field of tech-economics and management. It's also one of the difficulties. So it has theoretic value greatly and practical significance primly.The article emphasizes some new methods in the fields of project item planning management. They are as followed: the technique method of indefinite network planning and optimizing, the forecasting and optimality method of indefinite item and nonlinear time limit for a project and cost, the fuzzy cluster analysis hereditary algorithm of network resource equilibrium planning, the VANN forecast method of indefinite project item cost. At the same time, it also puts up some demonstrations.The primary innovations are followed:1 > it discusses the actuality and development of the technology of project items planning management summarily. It aims at the illogicality of defining "fuzzy mum or min" in the previous study of fuzzy network chart, and puts forward new definitions about "fuzzy mum or min ". Meanwhile, it sets up the definition and calculation of fuzzy time parameter based on it. And it gives the new definition of fuzzy key liner, advances fuzzy sub-key line and the new algorithm about the new fuzzy key line. All these are based on the new definition of "fuzzy mum or min ". By comparing the results of the living example, it analyzes the inconsequence of the old algorithm about the key line of the fiizzy network and verifies the rationality of the new method based on the new definition advanced. It offers a new means to calculate project time limit about indefinite item planning-management.2 > It put forward the defining of average valve network corresponding to fuzzy network and calculation methods of fuzzy-network's minimum cost program under the new fuzzy maximal (minimal) definition. It is a fresh optimized result corresponding its average value network. Besides, it lodges that, to reach the aim of optimizing compress, there needs to forecast the best total time for an entire project, bringing forward a request for study of chapter four. And it also presents an example calculation of optimizing minimum cost time limit for fuzzy network to explain this new method.3 > It sets up fuzzy interpolator for time limit for an item-total cost connection, which is effected by fuzzy influencing factor. By the way of sorting, it can weaken gray degree modeling historical data, increase whiten-grade, weaken disturbance, boost up rules, in favor of improvement of projection precision.
