Management becomes the most powerful guarantee to improve the quality of mankind life. Meanwhile, change and innovation are the main characteristics of social development. Under the background of social transformation, the advent of global economic integration, the revolutionary tides of scientific technology and the democratic political practice constitute the three big pillars of the modern civilized society. Changing times calls for new philosophical spirit. The mission of the philosophy of administration is of the realization problem of modern management. How can management maximize its value becomes the core problem that researchers and managers all care for? The more drastic competitive reality compels any society, any country and any nation as well as any organization to face up to the challenge of improving their management force, because the management force which embodies a certain social productivity has a direct impact on the comprehensive competitive force of a society, a country, a nation and an organization. The realization degree of management value would directly effect its members' happiness and misfortune. Such questions as whose benefit does modern management run for? How do managers maximize the realization of management value based on public interest? How do managers evaluate the realization of management value and so on, become the theoritical and practical problem which managers have to think over and give answers. Therefore, the dissertation probes into a comprehensive and multiple research on the essence of management value, the realization of management value, the realization method and principle of management value from the realization of philosophical perspective. The dissertation is made up of several sections as follows.Chapter One is the introductory chapter. It begins with times' sprit and the mission of Philosophy, then the author expounds the basic characteristics of modern management and introduces the realization problem of management value caused by management practical challenge to theory. The purpose that people investigate administrative philosophy is to provide for managers with the wisdom of practical management. Under the background of modern social transformation, the realization of management value becomes the core problem, which researchers and doers all care for. The actualized trend of Philosophy and the philosophized trend of management force people to take care of the problem of "realization". On the precondition of reviewing the researching history and current situation and after the definition of value, management value, the author determines the main research methodology.Chapter Two mainly does a research on the essence of management value. To know the needs and essence of human being is the precondition of understanding theessence of management value because any value subjectivity is people while any value realization is the realization of human being value. The essence of management value can only be comprehended after a comparative analysis between the management value and the essence of management, the purpose of management as well as the role of management. The modern management value pattern changes on the subject of management, the manners of management, and the value pursuit. The modern management value is composed of political value, economic value and cultural value.Chapter Three probes into the realization of management value in detail. It is the core and innovative part of the dissertation.
