No more than did "9-11 "terroristic incident attack U.S.A. to the most powerful incident of the world in 2001. And the anti-terrorism war that thereafter carried on in Afghanistan. Today, how can this incident change relations among the great powers in the world. Can it exert a decisive influence and wait a moment for a great deal of questions to the changes of the world political pattern? Into which People fiercely dispute and probe. The "9-11" incident and its' impact on the political and economic relations in the world and the great powers' relations undoubtedly should be paid closely attention to. However, the reason of the "9-11" incident should also be paid attention to. At present, which matters on earth make the "9-11 "incident happen is difficult to draw clear final conclusion very clearly. But in numerous factors of bringing out the "9-11" incident, the Taliban regime is the key point.After Taliban collapses, people also think that they should not pay attention to it closely any more. Because being an evil regime, it has been passed into the humans' history. For such a regime, it is obviously improper to Seal it into history so hurriedly and turn a deaf ear to it before we have not made clear a lot of questions. This thesis mainly probes into the reason of the rise and fall of Taliban and its impacts on the world. This thesis consists of seven parts. The main cadre consists of five chapters. The first three chapters discuss how Taliban move towards failure from the prosperity and The last two describe how Taliban's rise and fall impact on world.The introduction of this thesis mainly probes into the meaning of Taliban's rise and fall. How did the forefathers carry on study on Taliban and the research approaches in this thesis. Chapter one mainly illustrates how Taliban emerged. Three are three reasons: l,the Afghan civil war created the conditions for Taliban 's emerging; 2,the geo- strategy in Afghanistan which the great powers abroad foughtt for created the conditions for Taliban 's emerging. Especially U.S.A. and Pakistan's supports can't be ignored; 3, Taliban's political struggle tactics also established the foundation for capturing regime by itself. The Two strategic slogans, "root out warlord, resume peace, rebuild country" and "setup real Islamic regime" influenced the people of Afghanistan greatly. Among three factors above-mentioned, the third is the most important toTaliban's emergence. For Taliban, it was a special political Islamic group took into power successfully.Chapter two mainly illustrates why Taliban dealed with matters extremely. There are many reasons too. l,the political Islamic group before Taliban all had begun the development from the extreme group to the gentle regime; 2,Taliban moved towards the extremism when it looked for the new legitimacy resources in power; 3, With the meeting of Ben. Laddon accelerated Taliban's developing into the extremism; 4, The balk answer of the international community. This thesis believes Taliban's regime itself, especially its defeats of leaders should have the main responsibility of its moving towards the extremism,.Chapter three mainly illustrates why Taliban fled into failure so quickly. The Afghan anti-terrorism war is the key point. l,the "9,11" incident was really made by Ben. Laddon. And it was possible that Taliban did not know this but in fact involved in the war by Laddon group;2, Taliban did not answered the war correctly which caused Taliban to flee into failure quickly;3, certainly the main goal of Afghan anti-terrorism war was anti-terrorism. But behind this wariwas the geo- strategy that great powers fought for.Chapter four mainly illustrates that Taliban has left the lessons for the developed countries. This thesis believes that the rise and fall of Taliban is not only a case but also offering the deep lessons for the developed countries and the developing countries.
