Next we can forecast the legal supporting to our sports industry's developing from macroscopic point of view. Sports related industry includes Sports advertising industry, Sports apparatus industry, Sports insurance industry, Sports tourist industry, Sports supporting and Sports broadcasting industry, etc. (3) Sports market has been formed a certain scale. Sports' managing has been increasingly diversity and normality. But it has been existed much problems as unreasonable industry's structure, unbalance region development and low competing ability, etc. (4) Sports industry's legislation has its peculiarity. It has been drawn up, approved, revised, complemented and abolished by special main body. The main bodies include the People's Representative Congress of whole country, the State Council, Country Sports Bureau, local government, local Representative Congress and local Sports Bureau.
