Sport industry has been the new growth point, so it shows great developing Potentialities. Socialist market economy is the economy that rule by law. So our sports industry also face many complicated legal Problems because its running in the socialist market economy. Therefore, we should strengthen the sport industry's legislation in order to resolute too many legal problems and adapt the market regulation.August29,1995,《Chinese Sports Law》had been Promulgated. And then, lots of legislation research had been done around the《Chinese Sports Law》.But the process of sports industry's legislation is so slow. Now, the legislation has much Problem as:(1) sports industry's legislation fall behind the practice. Its legislative forecasting and programming is not enough scientific. (2)Short of higher legislation lead to haven't been promulgated a higher integrate rule up to now. (3)Only a few sports industry's rules have been applied, so, the content of these rules cover few sphere. (4)Local legislation is faster than central legislation. But local rules can't explain and execute complicated legal problems because of its legal effect. (5) Our sports industry's rules haven't been an integrated system by its content and construct.Choice the study on our sports industry's legislation aims to analysis its legal problems in the Present stage. Next we can forecast the legal supporting to our sports industry's developing from macroscopic point of view. Then, Program sports industry's legal system and hope to Provide some theoretical reference.All of these problems will be the succeeding research.
