On The Work Styles Of The Leaders Of CPC Of Three Generations

The work style of the Communist Party of China(CPC), the image of CPC, has an important bearing on the Party's life and death, and country's future as well. Being an important part of building China into a well-to-do nation and a guarrantee of realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, the construction of CPC's work style is not only a key to promoting the Party construction in the new situation, but also significant for improving the party's leadership, resisting corruption and avoiding any possible hazards . Teachings which Marx, Engles and Lenin have on the topics such as opposing the use of Marxist theory as a dogma, combating factionalism and their advocations such as practicing criticism and self-criticism, forging a close link between the proletarian party and the masses, encouraging democracy and strengthening supervision within the Party has had great effect on the ideas of CPC's work style possessed by the three generation-leadership cores.Part two discusses "the content and typical features of Mao Zedong's idea of CPC's work style", which is a complete theoretical system including his idea of CPC's work style prior to Yanan Rectification Movement and that during the Movement, and his investigation into the ruling parly's work style. The maturity of Mao's idea of CPC's work style is marked by the established-concept of CPC's work style, the thorough criticism of the three unhealthy trends ( factionlism, objective idealism and stereotyped Party writings), the brilliant expositions of CPC's three fine styles of work, namely, integrating theory with practice, forging close links with the masses and practicing self-criticism, the sound methods of CPC's work style construction such as investigation, ideological construction and Yanan Rectification Movement.
