Process Knowledge (abbreviate as PK) of management exists in the brains of the staff, the management business processes, the relationships and the documents in an organization. Many organizations are not good at managing this kind of knowledge; even don't know they have it. To manage well PK of management, it's must be done that these knowledge are acquired from the organizations. To acquire these knowledge, it's must have representation methods to support that. The existing methods, like process modeling and business process representations, mainly deal with the processes hi manufacture. It can't directly use these methods to deal with the processes of management because these processes have some characteristic themselves. Otherwise, the existing methods don't recognize process from the point of view of knowledge science. These methods don't open out the knowledge inbeing of process. To solve these problems, this paper researches the methods for representation and acquisition of PK of management.This paper brings forward the conception of PK from the point of view of knowledge science. PK is in essence a kind of methodology knowledge. PK is a system which including the core and the relational knowledge. The core is composed of activities in process and the relationships between them. Process Knowledge Representation is that the results of cognition are represented explicitly in some modes. Process Knowledge Acquisition is a cognizing process. The experience knowledge, which belonging practice main body personally, is broke out. It is analyzed, abstracted and integrated to a kind of explicit knowledge, which can be as a criterion and can be followed by more people.Multi-Factor Flow Chart and Multi-Level Document (abbreviate as MFFC&MLD) is presented in this paper, which is one land of graph-document representation method based on the method of Prof. Dang Yanzhong. The main-body-factor and the time-factor are added into MFFC. MFFC puts the static structure and the dynamic process in the same graph. This kind model is fit for expressing PK of management. The relational arrowhead expresses sequence relation as well as logic relation. Comparing IDEF3, MFFC use less one kind of factor 'junction, that makes the graph more sample and pellucid. MFFC&MLD is ft for translation and share of PK among people.Process Knowledge Ontology Representation (abbreviate as PKOR) is proposed in this paper. This method is based on ontology theory. The method adopts KIF. The same PK in different applications can be translated each other by PKOR, so the same PK can be shared in different applications. PKOR is fit for translation and share of PK among computers.The entropy theory is introduced in this paper to estimate the results of acquiring PK. The conception of process entropy and the arithmetic are presented in this paper. Process Entropy is a measurement for the incertitude degree of process. The more uncertain process is, the bigger process entropy is. The more certain process is, the smaller process entropy is. The impersonal work rule is certain and the entropy of it is zero. However, process is likely to have many routes. Each route will be happened in some probability. It's uncertain. The processentropy maybe isn't zero. From the point of view of certainty, if the process entropy is zero or smaller, then the acquiring PK is close to the work rule, the gap between them is smaller. So the results are believable. If the process entropy is bigger, then the acquiring PK is away from the work rule, the gap between them is bigger. So the results are unauthentic.This paper presents the acquisition of PK of management. The whole acquiring process includes two phases: explicit-integrate phase and encoding phase. The explicit-integrate phase is the key part of PK Acquisition. It's a process that the tacit PK in the brains of the staff is explicated, managed to same view and integrated.
