Based on the overseas electric power market experience,contrasting theactuality of our country, the paper discusses the running pattern, pricing method,influence factors, and proposes price models and optimum games. The mainachievements of the thesis can be summarized as follows: The present frame of electric power market is expatiated. After being comparedand analyzed current system, the 2-part system is educed the fittest to our country, itwill lay the foundation of equitable, right, and open electric power market competition,optimize resource, advance social benefit, and reduce electrovalence. The form and sorts of generate-electricity cost, and effect factors ofgenerate-electricity price competition are researched and analyzed. It will helpgenerate-electricity manufacturer to form the best price, to achieve the goal, to holdgenerate-electricity power of expectation. Competition games of generate-electricity manufacturer under condition of"separating power plants from networks by price competition"are investigated.
