Trust Product Innovation: The Elements Of Deconstruction And Environmental Analysis

This dissertation includes two parts, introduction and text. The introduction of this dissertation is more concrete and elaboratethan other introductions in general meaning, for it includes moresubstantive contents, and has a very important function of guide and hintfor understanding the background, gist, thought even detail of the fulltexts. The introduction is divided into three sections, explains themeaning of studying the subject, basic train of thought and logic structure,theoretical tool and research approach, main contributions of thisdissertation and the problems remained to be studied further. Section oneis the meaning of studying the subject, states the meaning of taking trustproduct innovation as the subject from theoretical aspect, historicalevolution aspect and aspect of concrete practice of China's trust businessdevelopment respectively. Section two mainly answers the questions ofthree respects, namely why does the dissertation lay the research stress on"analysis and construction of key elements" and "environmental analysis"of trust product innovation? Why does the research base on the"development process" of China's trust business? What kind of clue andmethod used in this dissertation link with two parts of contents? Theanswer to these three questions is the explanation for the basic train ofthought and logic structure of this dissertation in fact. Section threeintroduces theoretical tool and main research approach used in everychapter at first, and briefly summarizes the possible innovation thisdissertation, including the innovation of visual angle of the subject, theinnovation of structure, the innovation of research approach, theviewpoint innovation on theoretical research aspect and practice researchaspect, and finally explains the problems remained to study further in thefuture. Chapter one is about institutional key elements of trust productinnovation. Though trust belongs to finance, according to historical origin,or basic function, trust should be understood and accepted as a legalconcept at first. This criterion requirement should be insist on during theprocess of constructing and popularizing innovative trust products. Thischapter explains the content such as legal meaning, key elementscomposed and basic conceptions involved in the trust product innovationfrom the legal angel, therefore educes the basic system function oftrust----transferring and managing properties, and explains thecharacteristics that trust performs basic institutional function elaborately.The reason why the author elaborates the basic institutional function oftrust is that the basic institution functions and characteristics of trust arethe concentrated embodiment of key value of trust products. This chapterfinally educes the function of financing, investment, intermediary, etc.derived by the basic system function of trust, which links thetechnological key elements to be analyzed in the next chapter. Chapter two is about technological key elements of trust productinnovation. This chapter analyzes the financial technological key elementinvolved in trust product innovation in term of the science of finance.Chapter one explains the basic institutional function of trust andextension from legal meaning, key elements, conception, meanwhile theoverall logic train of thought of this chapter is to deduce the financialtechnological key elements and technological structure possessed withtrust products from the institutional functions of trust and derivedfinancial functions, and then analyzes every step in constructing trustproducts from general train of thought of designing financial products,and embodies technological characteristics of trust products differentfrom other financial products in analysis. Following this logic train ofthought is based on two considerations.
