So, an all-round developing society, a society that can promote the development of man, should be the one that is abundant in material and spirit.Common prosperity, as the latest stage that the mankind pursuits after rich life, means that all social members are rich in every respect of life. And this all-round rich life, means the max abundance of social member's possession to living materials on one hand, and even more important the max improvement on social member's life quality on the other hand. The key factor that determines social member's life quality is the substantial degree of its cultural life. It's impossible to talk about the improvement of social member's life quality without the enrichment of man's cultural life. That's to say, the common prosperity includes the affluence of spirit in life undoubtedly, the common prosperity is material life and cultural life. The common prosperity not only negates poverty, also negates ignorance and disorder. It should include the affluence of material wealth, the substantiating in an all-round way of man's cultural life, the overall improvement of the general level of the health, the general improvement of cultural and ethical quality, the sound construction and perfection of social public service, the elegance and harmony of ecological environment, the freedom and equality of the political life with perfect civil order. Only the all-round and harmony development in economic, politics, culture and environment, namely material civilization, political civilization, spiritual civilization and ecological civilization make progress altogether, can common prosperity be the real common prosperity.
