So, an all-round developing society, a society that can promote the development of man, should be the one that is abundant in material and spirit.Common prosperity, as the latest stage that the mankind pursuits after rich life, means that all social members are rich in every respect of life. And this all-round rich life, means the max abundance of social member's possession to living materials on one hand, and even more important the max improvement on social member's life quality on the other hand. The key factor that determines social member's life quality is the substantial degree of its cultural life. It's impossible to talk about the improvement of social member's life quality without the enrichment of man's cultural life.
