| Economic globalization is the existing objective reality and an irresistible historical trend in today's world. The development of economic globalization directly propels the trend of legal globalization. At the different histoyical development periods, economic globalization all had decisive influence over the world's legal system development. Since the gradual formation of economic globalization, main western countries first established bourgeois legal system and gradually spread it in the world, and then the two main legal system have gradually drawn close.At present, trend of legal globalization exists and develops. With the extension of economic globalization in the world, China was inconsciently involved in it and began to conduct legal reform at the late Qing Dynasty. Since then, influenced by the deeper and deeper economic globalization, China began to draw lessons frorm and transplanted the legal systems of the western developed countries. However, our legal system reform has been never plain sailing, and it has not taken or the right track until our country's reform and opening. In order to conform to developing trend of economic globalization and legal globalization , We must build our socialist legal system with the Chinese Featuressuiting the needs of economic globalization and legal globalization, Which is a glorious but arduous mission. In order to accomplish the mission, We should first renew our sense and acquire the sense of mordern legal system according with the needs of economic globalization, then boldly draw lessons from the civilization fruits of world legal system and construct our modern legal systems in needs of globalization, and finally greatly develop our socialist market economy and democratic politics to lay a solid foundation for our legal system construction.
