A Research On Corporate Knowledge Value Chain & It's Management

This paper is based on value chain management rising in 1980's and topmost theory of knowledge management rising in 1990's, which synthetically uses some theories and methods, such as management, economics, knowledge economics, ect. Through concept of enterprise knowledge value and its model, we construct elementary theories and method systems of enterprise knowledge value chain management.Main content of this paper is following:Firstly, this paper researches background of enterprise knowledge value chain theory. After summarizing basal theory system of value chain management and its applications, we point out that its existence can't guide enterprise to train its central ability. And based on generalizing elementary theories of knowledge management system and its applications, we advance that some problems of carrying out knowledge management and its reason is following: when knowledge management spans into enterprise value activity, we don't closely connect it with enterprise operation flow.Secondly, this paper brings forward concept of enterprise knowledge value chain, expatiating its special meaning and basal characters. We also research the relations between enterprise knowledge value chain and the following: profession knowledge value chain, enterprise central ability and enterprise continuance ability. We advance that the structure of profession interior is decided by frame of profession knowledge value chain, dividing the work in enterprise is based on enterprise knowledge value chain, forming enterprise central ability and persistent competition ability are all based on activity of enterprise knowledge value chain, ect.Thirdly, after researching enterprise value chain model, we create value chain model which is founded on enterprise operation flow. Based on value chain model and knowledge model, we research increment principle of enterprise knowledge value chain and interaction between value chain and knowledge chain. We advance model of interaction between value chain and knowledge chain, value increment flow model of knowledge value chain, knowledge value chain based on operation flow, ect. At the same time, we also introduce designing methods of these models.Fourthly, regarding optimizing enterprise knowledge value chain as a object, this paper constructs analysis technique system of enterprise knowledge value chain andadvances knowledge value analysis way founded on enterprise operation flow, enterprise central ability based on knowledge value chain, enterprise knowledge value chain analysis ways grounded on competition superiority and persistent competition ability.Lastly, this paper advances driving model of enterprise knowledge value. It also constructs content system of enterprise knowledge value chain management based on driving model of enterprise knowledge value and method system of enterprise knowledge value chain management grounded on strategy of enterprise knowledge value chain, "enterprise knowledge value chain management little car" and performance evaluation of enterprise knowledge value chain management.
