The characteristics of the Contradictions among the People in the new era. So, the income gap is not terrible, the problem is what causes the income gap. What's more the problem doesn't lie in how rich the rich man are, but the way the rich amass a fortune;doesn't lie in how poor the poor people are, but the reason why the poor people are poor. If only "the reason of being rich and poor is reasonable", the contradictions among the people would become not so serious. In contrary, if the reason of being rich is reasonable, while the reason of being poor is unjust, it will cause serious contradictions. So, "how the rich become rich, and how the poor become poor", is the important factor that contributes to the internal contradictions strain and mollifies. Being rich together is the basic method to solve the contradictions caused by the income gap between the rich and the poor.7. The principle and method of solving the inner contradictions among the people. The "eliminate" and "mollify" principle. It include many concrete methods in these principles, sometimes the principle is a method as well.8. Long effect mechanism of handling the contradictions among the people. It include: Equilibrium mechanism of interest balancing;The democratic consultation mechanism;The law adjustments mechanism;The morals culture mechanism;contradiction early-warning mechanism;The social emergency the mechanism;Communicate and intermediation mechanism;Publicity and education mechanism.
