A full right is the beautiful dream of the human beings. This is time of right as hard times gone by, but rights is not a pie that down from the heaven, it needs bettering conditions which we are living in, and also needs discussing different idea in order to get more rights. The theories which Marxism and Liberalism expounded had advanced the feet of history, and would have a great influence about the future.At 80's of the past age, many scholars of China set about to explore two theories and arrived some common understanding. Because of many limits, such as datum and funds, those predecessors only focused their perspective on contradiction and difference between the Marxism and Liberalism, they omitted the characters that they influences each other and develops each other. The papers is full of the edition of newspapers, books and journals, but the academic discussions is scarcity, surly, it is necessary for us to ideology the study in the complex world situation, but it is not enough to explain difference between two theories, it is evil for scholars not to be honesty before science. The science lays the facts on minds of scholars; they should shoulder the duty to face the experience.The thesis fully reviewed the literatures about the human rights under the perspective of development of political thoughts and wholly thought, explored and valued the thoughts of Marxism under the tool of materialism-dialect. It is no only to disclose the contradiction between the two views of the world, but also expose their similarity and historical relationship at their ideas about rights, and meanwhile to analyze neoteric liberalism historically and multi-snidely.This paper includes three parts: introduction, text and conclusion.The introduction told the theoretic and practical importance of this study, reviewed the academic history about it, and valued status in quo about it, and analyzed the difficulties and focuses, related the basic tactics.The first chapter had the basic jobs been finished, such as rights and thoughts of rights, liberal thoughts and Marxism thoughts about rights. In this chapter, I put forward the definitions of human right respectively after had reviewed the other scholar's literatures. I hold that we should paraphrase the connotations among the relations between the human nature, definition of right from differences between the citizenship and prerogative.
