Research On The Comparative Advantage Theory

The traditional comparative advantage theory consists of comparative cost theory and H-O theory. Some new theories about international trade come out to challenge the traditional comparative theory, but in fact some of those new theories have developed the traditional comparative theory and some be helpful supplements of it. There are notable differences between these concepts: comparative advantage, comparative cost, comparative interest. Comparative advantage and competitive advantage are not same either. Comparative advantage has its own representations and essentials. The investigation of comparative advantage origin is an organic part of comparative advantage theory. The historical and logic development of comparative advantage reflects a rule of evolutively comparative advantage, so we bring up an model of evolutively comparative advantage to have a discussion about this problem. Based on the theoretic analysis, we give out some suggestions of our economy development strategy at the end of this paper.
