Separation Of Analytical Company From An Interested Person Of Vision

With the trend of internationalization and globalization, theenvironment of enterprises is getting more and more competitive.Organization reorganizing is often exploited to enhance the ability ofcompetition. Two common ways could be used in Organizationreorganizing. Merge was adopted to procure operational and financialgoals on economic scale and market shares, while corporate division wasutilized to purchase management efficiency and make more profit.Currently, because of economic depression, the administrators findtheir corporations are too large to be able to manage and make moreprofit. In order to handle this problem, many countries start to enact lawsabout corporate division. China is also carrying out this work. With theaid of legislation, many corporations were on the way to be corporatedivision. However, we still have some unsolved problems. For example,the laws have some conflicts and still need to be improved. Whencorporation divisions, the conflicts among the stakeholders–enterprisers,stockholders, bondholders, and employees–are critical issues to beconsidered by government and law maker. Based on the analysis of theconflicts of above, we amend to propose some methods to resolve andrelief the conflicts. Finally, some corporate division cases are studied toillustrate how corporate division in practice. Of course, our work willgive deep insights for corporate division and have long-term effects onthe hot research of corporate division.
