They are playing a more crucial role in contemporary society that people in nowadays are dependent on. This need exists not only in the realm of manufacture and professional work but also in a daily life. The experts who provide a very professional service in the people's working realm and daily life are named as doctors lawyers architects accountants auctioneers assets appraisers etc. Following the quick increase, there are some problems has been focused on. That are the different opinions between the professional service providers and clients have already begun to be noticed. As far as the service of the experts concerned, the clients try to argue that the experts are not able to provide a professional service or what they has provided has been treated as below the normal standards of specified business. Therefore a so-called the professional responsibility issue or expert's civil liability issue happens in front of the experts. Lawyer as a member of experts should take this problem seriously not only because it is very difficult to judge the loss, which has been incurred by lawyer's negligence but it is also a huge problem to give a total theoretical explanation about the conflict of interests between the claim of client and liability of lawyer.
