Research On Carrier's Liability In International Air Passenger Transportation

International air transportation is a kind of special transportation which not only has typical international quality, but also contained public law and private law, so legislators try to found a uniform international transportation rules to adjust legal problem in international air transportation, which reflected obviously in carrier's liability. Carrier's liability in international air transportation includes liability in three areas which are damage to passenger, damage to cargo and damage to baggage with passenger. The main research point of the essay is carrier's liability in damage to passenger. The target is promoting some suggestions on improvement of our air transportation liability system on the basis of research on carrier's liability in international air transportation.In the beginning, the essay is making a brief introduction on value of choosing this topic, in order to give necessity of research on carrier's liability in international air passenger transportation.
