As far as the issue of expectation and law, Hayek deeply discusses it in"law﹑legislation and liberty".The basic road of this book consists in reconstructing the academic venation of law's finding, and trying to animadvert and enlighten the venation of legislation's theory. According to Hayek, the legislation's just headspring is law. The basic issue here is how a spontaneous social order comes into being or becomes possible. Actually, this is the issue about time, expectation and law.When it comes to expectation and law, Hayek's problem consciousness requires or cherishes the unwrapping of meanings from"Zeitlichkeit"."Zeitlichkeit"is Heidegger's narration on the time theory, which is inherited and deducted by Hayek.
