The current theoretical system is in the process of discussion, that is to say, we have to make self-responsibility using the relax of restriction on the 21C because prior customer protection law with only justice, equality, and the defense for the inferior is not enough for the existence reason of the consumer protection law and a consumer can purchase goods using the electronic business by internet. Also consumers can decide purchasing price under check the price and information.A study is composed of three part and the conclusion; the general theories on theconsumer protection, foreign system on the consumer protection, electronic business related with consumer protection, good's quality guarantee related with consumer protection, advertising and consumer protection, consumer security control system, environment and consumer protection.As above we can see enough reason of existence of consumer law on business society of "market first". Also we have to consider market mechanism as important and have to progress relax of unnecessary restriction for the abundant of one's daily life as a consumer on the 21th century.
