Charity organization is the product of charity development. Various charity organizations unify the charity action together, so it is very necessary and important for the scholars to pay attention to the existence and development of charity organizations.Looking back on the emergence and development of charity organization, it is easy to see both the development and the dissimilation of charity organization in the history. We can also find there is a basic valuation for judging charity organization's development or dissimilation. If the organization adheres to the valuation, it will advance by following the right way of development; but if the organization fails to do so, it go to the wrong way which is described as"dissimilation". What is the valuation? For Chinese charity organizations, in the traditional time, the valuation used to be"morality". At that time, the class relationship of Chinese society is quite simple, the society can mainly be divided into two classes-the Landlord Class and the Peasant Class. The Landlord Class controlled the authority of the charity organizations and they hope the charity organizations can bring stabilization to the society and their governing."Morality"was the suitable valuation in traditional China. In the long feudal history, the peasants and others accepted the valuation."Morality"has been the valuation of Chinese charity organizations for a long history until 1840 when the western power came as aggressors. The class relationship was broken, the new Bourgeoisie, the National Capitalist Class and the Proletariat came to the stage of the history and landlords' authority to charity organizations no longer existed."Morality"is a principle of a certain group, but different classes are belonging to different groups, and they have different views on"Morality". The charity organization need a new valuation, and the valuation changed from"Morality"to"Human rights".The first chapter gives the definition of charity organization, and analyzes the characteristic, the extension and the condition of it.The second chapter summarizes the history of Chinese charity organizations. The third chapter talks about the Chinese charity organizations nowadays and their framework, working fields and income resources. The fourth chapter is the most important chapter of the dissertation.
