Supreme People's Court Judicial Interpretation Of The Aims And Methods

As the highest judiciary organ, the Supreme Court bears important responsibility of applying law consistently. The basic method of fulfilling this significant responsibility is to provide judicial explanations meeting requirements of legitimate judgment. In order to provide norms of legitimate judgment, on one side, one should make the judicial explanation achieve the goal of balancing values, guarantying value of justice, order and efficiency completely; on the other side, one should take advantage of scientific methods of explanation, using wording method, systematic method, historical method, objective method, constitutional method and so on, to improve the quality of the judicial explanation of the Supreme Court in the perspective of methodology.
