Family business is an enterprise universally exiting in the world which plays an important role in economic development. However , as the process of modernization progress and socio-economic activities of the division system growed and complicated in the world , family business can break the closed circle of family, can transcend from the familiar feelings personification of social network transactions entered the non-personification of the institutional transactions, can transformed from non-standardized management to the modern enterprise management layer system, not only great important to family business survival and development, but also important to a country which developing modern economic . In addition, as the family Entrepreneurs representation a long time , which have a substantial amount of the enterprise's heterogeneous or acquiescence cognition, the cognition and inter-generational social networks transformation have an important impact on the performance of effectiveness of the next generation. Family firms Success depends largely on the possibility of whether the family business founders can transfer knowledge, social networks to the next generation succeed. The existence of these two reasons often makes the phenomenon that only few of the family business can survive into a third generations. Therefore, the family business in urgent need of social network transformation and transmission to solve the contradictions and conflicts in the process of growing up in order to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, this article from the point of view of the family business' social network, based on the study about the law of family business' growth,, we can enrich and improve the existing family business growth study in theory , plays promoting role on the establishment of a family business with Chinese characteristics to a certain extent. From the practice, the results of the study of family business has a strong practical significance guide of social transformation and transmission network on growing process.The study have two main parts: theory and case analysis.First, why family business choose relations transactions and relations governance? What is the deciding factor of forms of business organizations? The mainstream of existing business theory only some descriptive explanation to answer these questions, and no corresponding model creation and confirmed. Therefore, why would family business choose relations governance and relations transactions has been the people's obstruct problems. In mis paper, we using social capital theory and transaction costs theory to study it, based on the economic performance of family enterprises , with social network analysis methods and business transactions governance mechanisms analysis methods to explain the reason why the family business to choose between relations governance and relations transactions, analysis the scope of application of relations transactions and market transactions, and to further explore the determining factor of the business organizations select, and deepened the understanding of modern theory of the firm about the family business.Second, the mechanism of the family business social networks and the family business growth? In this paper we use embeddedness Perspective study the enterprise's social networks, in particular, the different embedded mainer and different levels of social relations embedded in the network have the impact on family business growth and organizational structure changes. To this end, we analyzed the embedded problems of personal background of the issues and organizations background of the issues, the main distinction between the different embedding and different levels of embedding, this distinction clear for the significance of the study of the family business social network. On this basis, we building of dynamic evolution of the framework with entrepreneurs' power, managers' power and business organizations' social network construction capacity , through which we can do dynamic analysis of the issue about the growth of family businesses, and give corresponding guidance of the reality of growth issues about China family business.Third, how did the family business to transited social networks? In mis paper, we building a theoretical model of family business's social network from personal networks to the organization network, and investigate the mechanism relying on a number of means, though which theory to explain and case to analysis, we have some lessons of family business and state-owned enterprises in transition from the experiences and significance: Enterprise's non-personal social network, the establishment of business organizations' social network achieve through enterprise the change of production and management. In the family business, get rid of the individual entrepreneurs rely on the personal social relations network and the promotion of social non-personal relations, mainly through the production and operation Institutionalized, standardization and procedure, as well as creating corporate image and brand building, a product reputation, improve service quality, ways to build a unique corporate culture and the expansion of public relations, establish enterprises as the center of the production process and social reputation, won development opportunities; the orderly conversion of corporate social network, needs production and operation management, regulations system and brand image, promotion and mutual coordination, and to maintain their mutual objectives, content and action steps is the same. As a relatively independent commodity producers, enterprises must be based on development needs , in the process of improve production and management, continuously strengthening the system, standardize business activities, and to promote enterprise production and management of social network in transition. The establishment and implementation of enterprises' Formal system and the rules, and to maintain its relationship with corporate social network switches pace is the same, will help to change the way enterprise management, establishing the legal status of enterprises, enterprises as the main body to form the production and operation mode, so as to promote the healthy development of enterprises. This is not only essential for the family business, state-owned enterprises which in the same transition stage is also very crucial.Fourth, how did the transmission of the family business social networks? In this paper, we though a new economic sociology social network perspective, Institutional Economics and management science perspective to the discussion in the enterprise, the family and the ownership of the complex system, how to treat this unique phenomenon of management succession about family business. By analyzing recognize that in the family business different stages of different core competencies, there is a element competitiveness - market competitiveness - management competitiveness - continued survival and development capacity in the development process. At the same time, through different stages of enterprise social network capacity analysis also found that, in different stages of growth, the family business' have social network capacity characteristics each , it is also an ability to obtain resources - ability to integrate the resources——strategic decision-making ability - learning innovation capability development process. on the basis of the both analysis, we found that exists the two logical link, the enterprise core competencies of network resources and social relations ability to match, found the two ability match can form a joint force promote the continued development of the family better.Sixth, through case studies on the family business transformation and social network transmission , the main conclusion of the study was verified, case studies show that the main conclusions of this paper and the family business development reality is basically anatomizes, it reflect the law of growth of our country's family business.
