Social Rules In The Construction Of A Socialist Society To Build

Social harmony is one of the targets that the CPC will make unremitting efforts to hit. Since the foundation of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, our party has accumulated valuable experience in the course of leading the people to go on socialistic modernization construction, proposed and formed the socialist society construction theory accordingly and then constituted the important content of the theoretical system of Chinese socialism. The socialist society construction theory is proposed to be the significant strategic thinking and task by the Party Central Committee, with Mr. Comrade Hu Jintao as its general secretary, from the view of the general layout of socialism of Chinese characteristics and the overall situation to build up a moderately prosperous society in all aspects, subject to the comprehensive analysis of the new situation and task of the new century.Starting from the role of social rules in the social construction, through analyzing the role of social rules played in the social construction, by studying the impact of social rules on the process to build up a harmonious socialist society in China, by analyzing problems and reasons faced during the process to build up a harmonious socialist society in China, this paper presents theoretically how to build up the social rules so as to meet the requirement of harmonious socialist society construction, and explores the social rules required by the harmonious society construction. This paper consists of seven sections.Introduction: this paper presents ideas and innovations by comprehensively discovering and analyzing the concepts of and the relationship between the social construction and the social rules. This section is the basis of this paper.Chapter I: Classical theory study. The author has reviewed, systemized and concluded the theories relating to the social construction and the social rules by the writers of western contemporary philosophy, Chinese traditional Confucianism or Marxism classical authors, as well as four generations of leading groups of the Communist Party of China in this chapter.Chapter II: Social justice and social rules construction. On the basis to define the meaning of fairness and justice required by social construction of our country, by deep analysis of the current social justice situation of Chinese social development at this stage, the author has described the significance to maintain the social justice for the social construction and pointed out clearly that the social rules played the roles of guidance, motivation and protection in the aspect of maintain the social fairness and justice.Chapter III: Social management and social rules construction. In this chapter, the author has firstly explained the function and meaning of the service-oriented government required by the modern society. Secondly, he has reviewed the historical development of the government social management mode and analyzed the current situation of government social management mode at this stage, in order to find out the problem and propose the direction of construction. Finally, by analyzing the role of social rules in the process of building up a service-oriented government, the author has made the directional requirement for the social rules construction.Chapter IV: Social interest integration and social rules construction. In this chapter, through describing the currently conflicting situation of social interests and analyzing its root causes, the author points out that the key factor whether the social construction can be successful is decided by whether the complicated interest relationship can be integrated at this stage. Meanwhile, in the paper, he has also presented to regard the construction of reasonable and comprehensive social rules as the effective way to integrate the social interests in the basis of explaining the foundation and meaning of the social interest integration.Chapter V: Social organization and social rules construction. In this chapter, the author has reviewed and systemized the emergence of social organization and development process of social organizations in China, and then explained the reason of the social organization emergence and the function or role of the social organizations. Successively, the author has analyzed the problems faced during the development of Chinese current social organizations at this stage as well as its role in the social construction. At last, the author has discussed the controlling function of the social rules in the process to assist the development of social organizations comprehensively and carefully.Chapter VI: the basic point and the new hot spot of social rules construction. This chapter mainly explains how to construct the social rule system which is adaptable to our society and in line with the social development. By describing the basic point to construct the social rule system, the author presents the basic foundation and constructive direction of the social rules during the social development of our country. In addition, the author has explored the new theory hot spot during the construction of social rule and put forward his own opinion on the new hot spot during the construction of social rules in this paper.Conclusion: Regarding the social construction content as basis and focusing on the social rule construction, the author has summarized the whole paper and proposed constructive and prospective opinions or suggestions on the function of the social rules during the process of social construction as well as the long-term social rule construction in the future.
