The Study Of Coaches' Psychological Activities Affecting Factors On The Spots

A number of factors of psychological activities strongly affect the coaches'psychological activities when they instruct their players on the sites of the games. For the aim of making the coaches enable to assist their players to perform well on the spots, it is necessary to study these affecting factors which include the coaches'inherited individuality and their characters. The study steps are shown as below:First, the researchers attempt to understand the mental reactions of Taiwan coaches as well as their mental skills, traits, and job satisfaction through the literature reviews. By the deducing and analysis of the relevant documents and data, the researches are able to understand those affecting factors of the coaches': both on the psychological and physical aspects, which would be the main concern of this thesis.Second, the researches collect the relevant information by adopting the study approaches of"fields observation", the researchers further literally record the words they interview, build up the foundation of the theory, and find out the Taiwan coaches'psychological activities on the sites of the competitions eventually.The results of through the four grounded theory researchers obtained to seven categories: professional coaches on the spots, to integrate theory with practical experience, coaches'learning attitude and concentration, effective control information of the enemy, in the actual simulation exercise, with others to learn and self-mental training, socialization, interpersonal relationships, self emotions and stress management, and so on., The interview questionnaire built through of grounded research and interview result, named coaches'psychological activities factors on the spots.Coaches' personality is another important affect factor of psychological activities to integrity of the researchers. The researchers divided A-type with B-type and locus of control of coaches' personality. Found that between coaches' personality with job satisfaction very different, and through the analysis of literature to preparation the scale of coaches' personality evaluation and job satisfaction. In order to understanding coaches' personality tendency of work attitudes.According to the results of questionnaire survey found that coaches'personality tendency A-type. A-type traits had a strong self-demands and expectations for work. Coaches'personality is internal locus of control whether well or bad results of the competition attributed coaches'own behavior with willing to take all the responsibility. The coaches'personality are internal locus of control or A-type that show strong, self-confidence, concentrate on situations, and attention any changes in the surrounding context on the spots.The first to explore and described coaches' psychological activity factors, coaches' personality and the relationship between job satisfaction, how to show well strategy of psychological activity on the spots in Taiwan. The researches found that coaches'professional, emotion and stress management are important affect factors of psychological activity on the spots. Second, Coaches'learning attitude, attention, mastery of information, simulated situations, model of learning, and mental training will improve the quality of psychological activity on the spots. Finally, the combination of the practical experience with theory of coaches, to control competition scene, establishes the well interpersonal relationship, be helpful in the competition situation control on the spots.To sum up, made use of grounded theory research that found strategies of coaches' psychological activity factors. The researches propose solutions coaches' psychological activity factors and promote coaches'psychological activity on the spots. The results of these pioneering researches that regardless of scientific training quality of coaches' psychological activity or construct psychology theory of coaches have great value.
