Happiness is the eternal theme of humanity. Feuerbach once said:"all pursuit, at least all the healthy pursuit is the pursuit of happiness."However, "Unfortunately, the concept of happiness is so vague, and eventhough everyone wants it, but nobody can own decision to pursue orselect things, to put it clear, coherent and consistent. "Nevertheless, whatis happiness? How can I be happy? At all times, it has attracted theattention of many philosophers and ethicists. The formation of thehappiness theory is gradually systematized and theorized, it is based onthe pioneers who continue to explore and think about life and the thoughtof collision .According to the characteristics of different groups, happiness isdifferent. It is reflected in each of the phases and stages of lifedevelopment, such as the well-being of children happy, young, elderlyhappiness. It also is reflected in all aspects of life such as career, marriageand family life, leisure time, and so on. Each group has a uniquehappiness at different times. Contemporary Chinese college students areat an important period of physical and mental development, but also animportant turning point in life. They are young, progressive, vibrant, butare always in confusion to chase the ideal of "happiness". Thehappiness of this group is worthy of our attention, because it touches somuch of the many aspects of social development. The effect of the schooleducation to college students happy can not be ignored.This article is based on the evolution of the characteristics of theprocess and the reality of contemporary Chinese college students conceptof happiness,based on the research of the happy education at home andabroad , summarizes and analyzes the overall sample state and the impactfactors of the well-being of contemporary college students, also theunderstanding and expectations of the educational work of theStudents .At the same time,using the happiness theory in the Eastern and Western world especially Marxist concept of happiness as the support, tryto build the happiness "radiation" education-oriented universitieshappiness education model for college students.The full text is divided into five chapters. The first part, using therelated concepts of happiness as the starting point, to trace the concepts ofhappiness in the world of Eastern and Western philosophy, and furtherdescribe the process and the nature of the formation of the Marxistscientific concept of happiness.Give the definition of contemporaryChinese college students'happiness and its basic characteristics. Thesecond part analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of thecontemporary college students'happiness that has changed before andafter the Reform and Opening-up. The third part, through thequestionnaires and interviews to draw the overall patterns ofcontemporary Chinese college students happy, and well-being of currentcollege education status quo, and a concentrated expression of theimportant value of well-being of education for university students happyexperience. The fourth part, based on the comparison of Chinese andforeign university students happy education work, to draw lessons fromthe advanced concepts and methods of the educational work of foreignuniversities happiness. The fifth part studies on the basic principles anddirection of the happy education of contemporary college students, theteaching profession happy, content and form of the well-being education,campus culture are discussed in order to build a scientifical and rationalStudents "radiation" happiness education model.
