The quality of education has always been the most important iusse the whole society concerned, for the society, the improvement of quality of education and authentic evaluation are urgent demands and are also the primary task of the Vietnamese state education department. Sports curriculum is the compulsory course of the educational training frame of Vietnamese regular institution of higher learning. And its content tie up with training process. So it is indispensable to have a comprehensive evaluation about Vietnamese sports curriculum. The study about sports curriculum assessment criterion of Vietnameses regular institution of higher learning not only oriented PE educational work of regular institution of higher learning, but also the achievement that sports of universities and colleges must achieve.With documentary analysis method,expert interview,adoption of questionnaire,guilt knowledge test and mathematical statistics method and so on, this article conducts research on the improvement of sports curriculum assessment criterion of Vietnameses regular institution of higher learning. The research findings are:1.The Vietnamese government attaches great importance to the school sports education quality, the state education department for the ordinary university physical education evaluation standards to support the reform.2. To Vietnam to improve the physical education evaluation with the actual situation, the ordinary university physical education evaluation must be connected with the course in the factors and ensure that the factors of course can realize the comprehensive evaluation.3. Vietnam ordinary college sports assessment should from three angles: sports teaching content, realize sports teaching conditions, sports teaching results. 4. Improve and perfect the ordinary university physical education should be Vietnam based on the following six specific content:the leadership of school management and guiding the work, teachers'work, sports course of the physical basis and conditions of physical education curriculum, the funds to lecture work, extracurricular sports activities, the implementation of scientific research.5. Vietnam sports work evaluation content distribution proportion scores for:the leadership of school management and direct the work (15points), teachers'work (15points), sports course of the foundation and funds conditions (10points), a sports course lecture work (30points), the implementation of the extracurricular sports activities (20points), scientific research (10points).Some suggestions about perfection and improvement of criterion of physical education assessment of Vietnameses:1. Vietnam ordinary college physical education teaching work is the basic guarantee of facilities is old, aging, teaching funds cannot, guarantee the school sports activities, and suggested that increase state related investment, improve sports work environment.2. Vietnam ordinary college PE teachers'team shortage, quality is not high, the teacher of the ability and knowledge of the update is relatively slow, the proposal set corresponding reform measure and scheme, effective incentive sports teachers to raise the level of the whole.3.Vietnam ordinary college PE teachers' salary is not high, suggest the Vietnamese government take certain measures, improve the physical education teachers treatment, in order to promote PE teachers'team work enthusiasm and responsible for degree.4. The research has suggested the standard and this paper established a four step process of practical application, and publish corresponding policy measures to support to ensure the effective implementation of the evaluation work.
