Culture is a process that people identity with each other and establish the same idea about things essentially. It is very important to form culture that people identify with and exclusive from in this process. Culture is a developmental thing, and has its boundary. So, self-identity is as same as culture. Development is varieties and dynamic, and self-identity is also. The chance is increased greatly that the varieties of origin culture about emigration community contact with the diversiform culture. It makes culture can be consulted and compared. First of all, variance culture begin with culture "transition segment" . In this "transition segment" , there are more than two kind of culture , which can be considered the border of their culture relative to other one. Secondly, the similar cultural assemble easily at all time and form the misty state on boundary. So, we can conclude that there is the more superposition and there are the more culture and society resource, which make the culture more strengthen than before. At last, I think the preponderant culture always influence on other culture's developmental direction. The communion and spread between same style cultures can hold together and strengthen this cultural system. But in different type culture they will bring change on cultural Pattern. Thinking about the history of Han nationalities present to YiLi inXinjiang province vertically, every large-scale migration is due to official's action. So, Han nationalities in YiLi represent the state power. But a nationality identifying with each other does not depend on state power absolutely but on their knowledge and experience.Observing the migration culture we can conclude three characteristics. First, the etiquette is simple. Migration community in transition will hold up to inhering their tradition, but cannot accept the action that their tradition mixes together with other tradition. Migration can accept the simple and applied custom in "new hometown" .The second characteristic is variety and mobility. The verities of origin resident in YuanCun supply various choices for forming the migration culture. The mobility of migration culture is owing to the different area that the age and better culture influence on. Culture depends on people's practice, and people's practice is enslaved to spatio-temporal localization. Therefore, the practice is limited. If we want to know it, we must compare the different culture. The third characteristic is ego-verge and ego-center. When Han nationalities in YuanCun thought themselves as native, they have been ego verging. But when culture regress ego, it means that self-identify regress ego. Ego becomes the center of cultural configuration. As a result, self-identity in nationalities is not only a kind of resource that to be used changeable, but also a changeable scene concept,a human life's dimensionality, and a process of cultural building.Talking about Xinjiang province, there is no a Han nationalities ethnography of Ethnology or Anthropology. It is a pity, and it is indicate that we ignore the Han nationalities' cultural change. In this text I adopt the means including fieldwork and different culture compare, try to describe the life of Han nationalities in an area from case study. This text will focus on the reason of their cultural change, the relation with origin place, the mutual action between the state power and heterogeneity culture and several aspects about self-identity and development.
