Modernity disenchants the nature and maximumly emphasizes the individual freedom. Freedom has become the values and objects pursued by the education under the modernistic context. However, when human discards the nature, the freedom obtained by human is in danger. Then freedom will become a baseless thing since it has no value basis. And various de-freedom things get a chance to step in, fill in the vacant shell and act as the foundation in a new form, and they make human abandon himself to those things and can't extricate from them. As a result, the freedom is willing to be enslaved by the de-freedom things. The necessity is freedom. Education in modernity not only breaks its promises, but on the contrary, during its evolution, the dissimilation of spirit expands.Freedom conquers the dissimilation, that is, freedom is the existence of integrity and the pursuit for integrity, and it keeps the integrity between self and world. The existence of nature demonstrates the self-dissatisfaction of individual, and it makes the individual pursue the integrity, goodliness and eternity. The premise of freedom is the recognition of the personal deficiency. The education of getting rid of nature is making the individual to be a self-contained being, and the arrogation to nature cultivates the individual without introspection, and we are full of the arrogance, the ignorance and the complacence. "To be human" has been lost in the education in modernity. The end of the death of God is the death of human. Perhaps the education in modernity is the "ruined human" and "inhuman" education. Because the freedom loses its premise to be existed, the getting rid of nature is the getting rid of the society, and the atomic being becomes the harm to freedom.Jean.Jacques.Rousseau rediscovered the nature and used it to protect the individual freedom, and hoped the possible unification among individual freedom, society and nature. The freedom is the freedom of individual, and education is the education of "to be human". Freedom is the management of the individual life among integral relationships, and it is the pursuit and practice for the ideal life, so, education is also the personal life, and it is the pursuit and practice for the ideal life. There is the ontological unity of freedom and education. The growing experience of Emile interprets the Rousseau's education ideas. It is a course full of various dangers during the development, so it is necessary for the education to deeply consider and act cautiously for keeping the integrity. Freedom and education are not the easy and superficial actions but the human experiences, or even the burden for human. Just because the freedom and education are like this, we can feel the value of them, and we can obtain the wonderful enjoyment during pursuing and approaching them. So it does, the freedom and education are the Eros, are the pursuit of the eternity. It is the lifelong cause for a person. The riffraff time deconstructs the 'Eros': it expels the 'Eros' and remains the 'desire', moreover, the rootless education neutralizes the virtues and values. Both of them conspire on another, and shape together the 'desirable subject' one by one. The education and social life fall into a vulgar situation intending on nothing but profit and the hedonism, and this situation is confused, disordered and nihilistic. The riffraff time probably hopes pursuing a harmony of nature and freedom, and the existence of education should present this harmony in spite of its dormancy. It is undoubtedly that the cultivation of critical ability is very significant. This pursuit is in process forever, and education is an endless mission for all time.
