Research On The Interlinkage Mechanism Among The Stages In The Athlete's Overall Perennial Training Process

Based on the methods of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, the results can be concluded as follows:Firstly,the sports systematic interlinkage is the stabilized reciprocity and contacting manner among the factors of the athlete's competitive ability in the training process. It's very important for the dialectical unity of continuity and stage in the sports training process. It mainly includes time-interlinkage and space-interlinkage, human interlinkage and mateaial interlinkage, biological interlinkage and social interlinkage.Secondly, Interlinkage stage is the overlapping training stage between two adjacent stage perennial training processes. The three interlinkage stages, interlinkage stageâ… , interlinkage stageâ…¡, and interlinkage stageâ…¢, interlink the four stage perennial training processes with each other into a tight inlaid unity.Thirdly, the mainly training task of the three Interlinkage stages is to transform the training subject between two adjacent stage perennial training processes. It interlinks the stages by the synergy of training aims and the proper plan in the training content and training load.Fourthly, in the overall perennial training process, the change of training environment is very important for the systematic interlinkage. The training condition and the human resources are the most important factors. Coach is the most important factor in human factors.Fifthly, Composing factors, organizing factors, interior entironment factors and exterior entironment factors are the main factors that influence Chinese athletes'perennial training process. Composing factors include fund devotion in all levels training, the status and cholocate of material resources, the cultivation, selection and appointment system. Organizing factors include pursue and distribution of training benefit, the training layer, social security for athletes and organizing stimulation. Interior entironment factors include the oneness between the interior policy and the system object, the oneness between the individual object and the system object, the oneness between the individual objects. Exterior entironment factors include competition system, stimulation mechanism, selection system, investment system, the composition and cooperartion of sports events.
