As an important educational institutions in modern society, which way and logic does the school based on to take action? U.S. sociologist John Meyer, who had studied the convergence in school organization, indicated the reason of convergence that school organization is in order to get social legitimacy to ensure survive of organization.The action of school organization are different in the same external conditions .Why the school performance is different? And what is the logical mechanism behind it? The interest of this study is to answer these questions.Researching original logic of action in school organization has great meaning to better understand the nature of school organization and successful implement the reform of education. In fact, School is not an emotionless, no need, no interest demand and the mechanical educational implementation body as we imagine, but an actor who has his purpose of action and rational predilection, moreover, motile choose under the constraint of social structure.The diversity of school organizational state in educational practice is the result which does school organizational actor rational chooses in different specific surroundings. School organization has three purpose rationalities, that is, economic rationality - to pursuit benefit maximization; the institutional rationality - to gain social legitimacy, professional rationality - to practice professional values and ideals. The predilection of school in three purpose rationalities lead to the fundamentally different in school action style and trend.The author adopts the method which combines field research and comparative analysis to analyze the logic of school action with sociology. Actor has two meanings: the first meaning is that compare school organization to "actors", she has their own organizational rationality and unique behavior way, as well as engages in various social action that is full of purposeful and target to others in the name of organization; the second meaning is that the action of school is undertaken and completed by organizational members in earth who is the individual within the school organization, therefore, individual actors in organization affect and constraint the generation of school action as well as its change.In addition to Introduction , this paper is divided into four chapters. In chapter I, The author reviews and comments the various metaphor about school organization, and introduces new metaphor of school organization as "actor" based on frontal research ,in the last of chapter I ,the author builds the analysis of school organizational action logic; Chapter II and Chapter III is the core of the text. In Chapter II, the author focuses on the influencing factors and the specific mechanism that generate intention of action when school organization is being an actor. And then, through analyze specific case of school actions, the researcher argue that "intention of action" of the school is influenced and constrained by the individual actors within the organization, and the leadership structure of school organization as well as organizational culture of school; furthermore its final generation is the gaming outcome which is controlled by the organization decision-makers, balanced by members of organization and functional regulated by self-organization.The analysis that generates "intention of action" of school organization highlights dynamic role in the process of organizing action wisdom and choice of individual actors in school. In Chapter III the author analyzes the actions of school organization in accordance with of the basic logic framework of action ,and introduces some actual cases by pointing out the characteristics of rational logic in the school action, that is, school maintain three rational "balance" in the course of action to protect the survival of organizations; school choose the "best" rational suitable for situation in concrete actions to obtain satisfactory results; school organizations adhere to comprehensive overall planning the "Preferences" rational to achieve the greatest effectiveness in all action. The last chapter of this paper is the practical care to professional act of organization .Based mainly on the initiative that actors showed in the process of act, the author try to introduce strategy that improve school action in accordance with the element of choice in the intention action of the school organization.
