The development of rural social organizations is an important basis for promoting rural revitalization.Under the background of unbalanced urban and rural development and massive outflow of rural population, rural hollowing out and population aging often make it difficult for villages to maintain an effective organizational structure and lack collective action.Nowadays, there is a dilemma of the disintegration of rural organizations in villages, but some villages with special geographical and cultural characteristics still have active rural organizations. They provide ideas for solving the rural "organizational dilemma" in the mobile society. The rural organizations in Hou Township,a Hakka Township in South China have this characteristic.Based on the perspective, this study combines the structural theory and cultural reproduction theory to form a theoretical framework, takes "institutional structure-embodiment of action, organizational structure-logic of action" as the analytical idea, and takes "culture and its reproduction" as the explanatory element to analyze the process, logic and causes of the survival of Hou Township’s social organization in the change. The research found that: 1.With the change of institutional structure, the rural social organization in Hou township has undergone transformation.First of all, traditional rural organizations are weak, but they are also constantly adapting to changes. The traditional rural social organization represented by clan organization presents a new image, which is the embodiment of adapting to modernization. In addition, new modern rural social organizations began to be formed in Hou.The boundary of rural social organizations is constantly crossing and widening, and the connotation is constantly enriched.Hou Township’s rural organization continues and develops in the process of rapid social change, showing the adaptability and adjustment ability of rural selforganization and self-development.2.By further analyzing the logic of organizational change,it is found that Houxiang social organization is successfully maintained in the change, following the dual mutual construction logic of "structure action".Affected by mobility, the change of institutional structure not only restricts the behavior of actors, but also makes actors adapt. In the face of structural changes, the actors in the organization choose other resources and rules to reshape the organizational structure.Under the circumstances of the old and new organizations, the mobility of rural actors will still be intensified.3.Deep analysis of the causes of actors’ behavior shows that the storage, spread and reconstruction of regional unique culture, that is,the reproduction of culture,is the driving source of action. The regional culture of Hou’s continues to reproduce, continues and absorbs from the traditional culture, and transplants into new forms in combination with the changes of the times, becoming a unique culture suitable for modern society. This unique regional culture promotes the formation of the mentality and identity of rural actors, promotes the occurrence of action context, and the actors effectively implement it into the specific action process in combination with their own status and external changes. When these specific actions are implemented into the changes of organizational structure, they appear as the reproduction and transformation of Hou’s traditional social organizations and the emergence of new organizations.Hou Township’s rural organization continues and develops in the process of rapid social change, shows the endogenous power and vitality of rural and rural culture in the change of institutional structure, provides a new idea of Rural Endogenous Development with rural culture as an intermediary, and also provides a reference for the ownership of individuals in modern social mobility. The development of urban and rural integration provides an imaginary model of a new rural community.
