Under the reserch context of sport participation and personalsocialization, and by analysis and exploration on the practical researchand theoretical analysis of different schools and theories of sociologyof sport in the dimension of theoretical presupposition and methodology, this thesis aims to form a certain theoretical construction on thereserche methodology of the sociology of sport.Begining with the two principle issues which is debated in thesociology of sport——the bias between"sport"and"society"and thedifferent approachs between different theoretical schools, this thesisis unfolded by 4 specific issues, which are"How to identifies theconception of'sport'in the activity of sport participation?","Whatkind of action can be considered as a sport participation?","Forindividual, howthe activity of sport participation realizes the personalsocialization?","How the activity of sport participation relates tothe other social action and social construction inorder to form the effectof socialization?"in the dimension of sport participation and personalsocialization. In the first episode of this thesis, the interpretion on theconception sport participation and sport, which is based on the analysison practical survey and historical textual research following theperspective of historical transformation, replies the frist issue.Furthmore,in the context of discussion on the sport participation andpersonal socialization, this thesis continues to analyse the differentpractical survey and theoretical analysis which each lies on the theoryof construction-functionism,theory of conflict and historical culturestudy, for exploring the different way of expression on the activity ofsport participation and different application methods from the differenttheoretical schools,in order to form the reply to the second issue under the sociological practical survey.Based on the analysis to the conceptual identification and differentresearch method from the 3 main sociological schools,in the secondepisode, this thesis expands the theory of"Champs"of Pierre Bourdieuand the figurational sociology under the context of sport participationand personal socialization. In the perspective ofthe theory of"Champs",it concentrates the reply to the debate between sociological"subjectism"and"objectism",extending horizontally the person' s social life aswellas expressing the 3 conceptions of"Habitus","Capital","Champs"in its theory.According above, the thesis replies the third issue bycomfiring the research and description of bourdieu's theory in thedimension of theoretical construction. In the perspective of figurationalsociology ofN.Elias, this thesis descripts the forming context of theoryand takes it as a branch of historical culture study and reconsiderationon the P.Bourdieu's theory, aiming to establish the research basementof the disscution of sport participation and personal socialization.Andmoreover, under the category of"spare-time spectrum"and"the progressof civiliazation",the thesis elaborates the research on the problem ofsport participation and personal socialization, combining thereconsideration and critic from Hans Peter Duerr and Ian Burki,at lastreplying the fourth issue in the dimension of reconsideration, critic anddevelopment. As in conclusion, the thesis takes the reflection on the methodologyas precondition, for forming the reconsiderational argumentation on thetheoretical inheritance and pratical application in the methodology ofsociology of sport,by the way, combining the argumentation on thecriticalness and limitation of methodology in the philosophical dimension,in order to establish a couple of dimensional cognitions to methodologyof the national sociology of sport.
