The constructing theory and disposing technique about water conservancy project 3D sight model are emphases attention issues in the field. The paper contraposes these issues which are the original terrain mass data level processing and watershed 3D large scene model in real-time and interactive manner to lucubrate and analyse. Applying the real-time dynamic grid level processing technique is to reduce the original DEM terrain data with the real-time dynamic method, at one time,and applying the IHS transforming merge method based on the edge information checking to merge the original RS image. Applying the ameliorating method in the water conservancy geographic information system acquires famous operation effect. The thinking method and processing technique in Paper manifests below:First. The original terrain data processing in real-time and dynamic levelThe paper put forwards the real-time dynamic grid level processing technique, the method reduces the data of the important DEM area in the high resolution, and reduces the data of the hypo-important DEM area in low resolution, and come into being the multi-resolution and multilayer DEM data structure and overcomes the halting and flickering badness phenomena while the computer renders mass data. Under the conditions prescribed by guaranteeing DEM important area precision quickening the computer to render 3D sight model and satisfy 3D Visualization demand in real-time and interactive manner.Secondly, the RS image data processingThe paper put forwards the IHS transforming merge method based on the edge information checking, in process of processing data about the original SPOT and Landsat TM applying the Robert arithmetic operators to check intensity component I and SPOT image and come into being the new intensity component I′, in reverse computing the intensity component I′,hue component H,saturation component S to gain RS image which has abundant information and avoid the infection about the wave band restrict and information losing of conventional RS image merge method and satisfying information managing demand. Thirdly. Realizing render in real-time and interactive mannerThe paper apply the multi-resolution terrain model and the RS image model processed in the practical production and realize 3D sight model render in real-time and interactive manner and eliminate redundance data in time, to quicken computer operation speed and provides the effective method for the complex modeling about the watershed large scene.
