Research On The Personal Quality And Retention Factor Of Entrepreneur In Industry Cluster

With the development of global economy, the dominant function of industry cluster in the world and domestic economic development has become more and more obvious. Industry cluster has turned into the key evaluation factor for core competitive advantage and sustainable development of local district. It is vital to retain the entrepreneur in industry cluster, inspire their innovative entrepreneurship and utilize their advantage in knowledge and social network to create new industry cluster, retain current development rate and upgrade the industry cluster. Therefore, to study the characteristics of entrepreneur of industry cluster, explore how to retain them in the cluster and construct the retention model of industry cluster become very meaningful both theoretically and realistically.This research firstly studies major opinions and viewpoints in the literature. Bases on the summary of industry cluster characteristics and concept of competitive advantage, characteristics of industry and concept of entrepreneur of industry cluster is sketched out, which deeply explores the entrepreneur in the core competitive and sustainable development spectacle. This research carries out empirical study to analyze the core concept of entrepreneur in industry cluster, identifies its characteristics, explores its correlation with industry cluster development and proposes the concept and characteristic of it.Next, this research studies the characteristics of entrepreneur in industry and constructs the characteristic model with the study of competence theory. Based on the literature review on industry cluster characteristic and entrepreneur, four basic characteristics of entrepreneur are put forward. After the empirical study of interview and questionnaires, quality evaluation indicators are suggested. Then data collected are analyzed and tested with data analyze software and quality model of entrepreneur in industry is constructed, which is very meaningful theoretically both for recognizing entrepreneur and establishing strong incubation network of entrepreneur.Next, retention factor of entrepreneur of industry cluster is studied with double factor theory and retention factor model is built. After the interview and questionnaire collection, satisfaction degree and retention factor are studied and indicators are extracted, which include economic factor, prosperity of leading industry field and local economic power. After analyzing these factors, retention factor model is created which verifies the retention theories from treatment, career and emotion angles.Finally, retention styles are established based on the analysis of retention factor, which are internal industry communication and interaction style, entrepreneur motivation retention style, politics-business-research retention style. This reveals the correlation between industry cluster development and entrepreneur retention from macro level and enterprise micro level.This research bears the motif of exploring the correlation between industry cluster development and entrepreneur motivation and providing reference and suggestions to the industry cluster upgrading, local district economic development and innovation of talent.
