An New Idea For International Expansion Of Chinese Private Investment

With the forwarding of the economic globalization, international investment becomes the most striking phenomena of the international economy in the 21st century. As a new force of modern economic, the impetus of private investment should march to the international market to make a difference. Practice has began, and theory should reflect the practice. While in China the research on private investment is just emerging, that is it is still in the initial stage. Especially the international expansion of private investment is a blank stage. Therefore, the international expansion of private investment theories has became an important research subject.Based on the international expansion of domestic and foreign investment in the existing theories on analysis and research, and according to the international expansion of the status of private investment, this paper will focus on international expansion of Chinese practice of private investment and problems to explore international expansion path of development and to propose the appropriate development ideas. Based on the international expansion of Chinese private investment in the development process, practice and problems of research, this paper analyzes the necessity, urgency and possibility of international expansion of Chinese private investment. The paper systematically discusses the international expansion of private investment objectives and means of selection, structure selection, size control and other related content. Learning from developed and developing countries in the international expansion of private investment on the basis of the experience, and based on the specific conditions of China, the paper put forward the requirements, the countermeasures and some suggestions of economic globalization from the macro, the meso and the micro levels to adapt creatively.Specific structure of this paper is as follows:The first part is introduction, which discusses the background of topics and issues raised, and points out the international expansion of private investment is inevitable strategic to achieve China's economic rise. The first part also described the content, structure, arrangements, methods and innovations, important and difficult of the paper. The second part reviewed the international expansion of Chinese private investment in related research. This chapter begins with the international expansion of private investment related concepts, draws conclusions, summary and evaluates the current domestic and international expansion of the investment situation. There are three aspects:the Marxist classical writers thinking of investing related to international expansion, Chinese leaders on investment-related discussion of international expansion, and western scholars of international expansion on the theory of investment. Finally, this part tells the scope of this study and takes the "fish" type of "three types of advantage" as an example to illustrate the need and the possibility of international expansion.The third part researches the progress, status and issues of the international expansion of Chinese private investment. This chapter analyzes the development of our present situation of private investment, pointing out that private investment in China during the reform of unprecedented progress. From the macro and micro level in the international expansion of private investment this part points out the main problems, which includes weak competitiveness of the main core, small-scale, resource development strategy, location concentration. These make a base for the further research.The fourth part is Triple obstacles of the international expansion of domestic and foreign private investment. This chapter study of the domestic and international environment, applying the environmental assessment system and the international strategic choice of evaluation criteria to analyze the impact on the international expansion of Chinese private investment in the triple barriers to building show the various obstacles in the form of die relationship from the macro, meso, micro-level.The fifth part is the comparison of private investment in international expansion. Through analysis and comparison of the expand investment in the development of international history, process, status and characteristics in the developed market economies, new market-economy countries and developing countries, it explores the reasons for international expansion in states of different types and reveals the effect, the trends and characteristics of the individual country, in the end, it comes to a general international law, so we can learn some useful experience and enlightenment.The sixth part is the basic ideas and countermeasures of international private investment to expand. Based on the general rules of international expansion of private investment in China, it puts forward the basic ideas to achieve our goal of building a society which is based on the objective to optimize resource allocation, which takes efficiency as the center. It will take system innovation as a precondition, and government regulation as the protection. In the end, according to the serious problem we facing, it proposes countermeasures for the international, domestic and private investors.
