To gain more competitive advantage of a company, the innovation of a new service is crucial. In this research, we try to apply analytic network process to determine the relative weight of the key success factors for servie industry of small and medium enterprises to advance innovation.This research extand past researchs by add balanced scorecard concept for key success factors evaluation. According to researches of balanced scorecard, key success factors and interviewing the 80 senior executives, we retain 12 key success factors. We take these 12 key success factors into 4 perspectives to construct the hierarchy. Considering the interdepency among factors, analytic network process is utilized in this research. After applying the analytic network process, we obtain the relative weights of 12 key success factors.The rank these 12 key success factors is employees'capability, innovation capability, employee training, response, employees'support, profit, communication, cash flow, budget, reputation, customers'satisfaction and quality.
