Because of the internet flourishing, a new model trading environment has appeared; the on-line trading market has been getting better and the competition has been getting worse every day. Therefore, Businesses are developing a new trading model, and also changing the model of traditional trading. Businesses investing in the developing and application of E-Commerce in droves, hoping through the internet can extend the function which the traditional trading cannot achieve, and further the competitive abilities of business as well. So, it is a popular research topic that uses Agent to develop automatic negotiable transactions in the E-Commerce now. Owing to the non-reciprocation of trading information of DRAM spot markets, the seller and buyer can't understand the need mutually. Making use of the advantage of the Internet to precede the negotiable transactions is a trend. Nowadays, most of the B2B DRAM spot markets, most negotiations are using an static web page to represent their Website goods, referring the price and quantity for both sides of commerce, but there are two drawbacks by this way: (1)In negotiations, Website providing a passive trading model to the need of both sides of commerce, forming a passive trading, makes the negotiation lack springiness.(2)In information acquiring, both sides of commerce have to survey the need goods, sifting and comparing by themselves, wasting much time and effort of seller and buyer while they repeat the action constantly.Based on the research topic above, this paper develops a DRAM spot markets negotiation and transaction system, the key success factor of effecting negotiation is that the negotiation mechanism and concession strategy of both sides of commerce. In terms of negotiation mechanism, the Convergence Hierarchy Model negotiation mechanism makes use of multistage sub-negotiates procedure to do multi-attribute negotiation for both sides of commerce to increase the successful rate and the acceptable degree of negotiation result.In terms of concession strategy, in the research of Liang and Doong, the concession strategy comprised times of negotiation, method of concession and times of persistence. There are less interactive concessions for both sides of commerce in the concession negotiation way in the related researches. This research is to study the negotiable results that use various combinations of interactive concession strategy and the Convergence Hierarchy Model negotiation mechanism, and to be used as the reference of negotiation for the DRAM spot on network trade, to increase the success rate and total benefit of DRAM spot trade. This research addresses Convergence Hierarchy Model negotiation mechanism as the kernel, companying with the internet negotiation systematic framework of interactive concession strategy. Based on the experimental research methodology, to probe the effect of negotiation efficiency, the content rate of both sides of commerce, and results of negotiation, try to understand the differences among the Convergence Hierarchy Model negotiation mechanism, by which to help the negotiating Website in diverse needing, how to choose the best concession strategy.
