With the rapid development of e-commerce in China,the recent "Internet +" and “the Belt and Road Initiatives” policy proposed,across regions,transnational enterprises have more complex product and service demand,production capacity of complementarity is further improved,the electronic market appears to explode growth.In particular,B2 B e-commerce has ushered in a new round of development opportunities.However,relative to the urgent needs of corporate transactions,the theoretical research on B2 B lags behind.The promotion and application of new technologies still have much room for improvement in the field of e-commerce.In particular,the application research of intelligent computing technology in automatic negotiation models and algorithms is relatively weak,and there is still a big gap with the practical application of intelligent negotiation.It affects the application of intelligent negotiation technology in the practical electronic commerce.The paper systematically analyzes the multi-attribute negotiation in B2 B e-commerce.It is found that in the traditional multi-attribute negotiation study,there is the assumption of linear independent relationship among the attributes of goods,which does not conform to the actual situation of multi-attribute negotiation.In actual e-commerce transactions,there are non-linear dependencies among multiple attributes of goods.If we still use the original linear independence assumption,it will lead the negotiating companies to miss the opportunity to obtain better profits,and even have some side effects.So this is more practical.In this study,the negotiation contract with non-linear dependence among the multiple attributes is defined as "complex contract",this kind of multi-attribute negotiation that considers the complex dependencies between multiple attributes in the negotiation is defined as "complex contract negotiation".First,through the study of B2 B complex contract negotiation concept,system framework,decision theory and method,mechanism research and intelligent computing technology analysis,the paper lays the theoretical foundation for the construction of B2 B complex contract negotiation model.By studying the application of Multi-Agent System(MAS)and introducing it into complex contract negotiations,the project smoothly transitions bilateral multi-attribute negotiations to a one-to-many,many-to-many complex contract negotiation model.By managing the matching and coordination of agents through the intermediary platform,this model of matching negotiation agents can be extended to multilateral negotiations in a dynamic environment.By using hybrid intelligent algorithms and multi-agent system(MAS),the paper creates a multilateral negotiation framework for complex contract negotiation,creatively integrates various intelligent algorithms such as fuzzy neural network,genetic algorithm and multi-agent system,and creates a complex contract negotiation model and solving algorithm in B2 B e-commerce.The paper provides the intelligent negotiation simulation of price,quality and quantity,and verifies the correctness and feasibility of the model and method.Secondly,there is the demand aggregation of the purchaser in the B2 B e-commerce market.In general,the purchaser uses order aggregation,which is based on the quantity requirements of the approximate attribute demand,the supplier uses the gradient discount method to sell according to the growth of the purchase quantity.In the B2 B complex contract negotiations,considering that the best order quantity of the purchaser cannot meet the sales quantity discount requirement,the discount price curve of different orders can be determined according to the relationship between the quantity of goods and the price of goods in the negotiation contract,and the model of multilateral negotiation based on order merging is proposed.This model considers order consolidation through order quantities of multiple purchasers,so as to obtain a better discount price of the bargaining advantage,and increase the overall negotiating gains.This paper constructs the MAS multilateral negotiation model of order consolidation,and verifies the correctness and feasibility of the method through the three-attribute order-merging procurement simulation of price,quality and quantity.Finally,based on the research of complex contract negotiation model in B2 B electronic commerce,this paper analyzes and designs the experiment prototype of complex contract negotiation for B2 B e-commerce,analyzes and designs the B2 B e-commerce complex contract negotiation experiment program,and explores whether the model and the solution algorithm of the present study satisfy the application requirements under the existing computer and network hardware and software conditions.This is to provide experimental data and improvement directions for the further improvement of the model and the solution algorithm,and provide reference for the promotion and practical application of research results.
