Research On Cost Management In China Oil Supply Chain Based On ERP System

As a national strategic reserve resource, the production of oil is attracted serious attention by State and the government. Under the influence of government and headquarters, stabilized network has already been developed within groups and between subsidiaries, with fixed supply mechanism. In the meantime, with the rapid pace of enterprise informatization, ERP system has been widely applied to corporations on China's oil supply chain, and further to be used among corporations. In this context, this dissertation analyzes cost management problem in China's oil supply chain, by introducing aspects of ERP system and relationships, and explores and summarized mechanism in China's oil supply chain from new perspectives.This dissertation combines ERP system with the supply chain, analyzing cost management problem in China's oil industry. Through the introduction of relational dimension, it analyzes government and headquarters'influence on cost in China's oil supply chain, further builds a game model and summarize the change law of direct cost, activity cost and transaction cost. Finally, it verifies the theories and results proposed by taking ZG Petro as an example. The main innovation points can be summarized as following:(1)Analyzing cost management problem in China's oil supply chain by Introducing ERP system. According to the reality of China, this dissertation based on ERP system analyzes cost management related problems in China's oil industry. It not only submits enterprises'internal operation efficiency, but also reduces the asymmetry of information between enterprises in the supply chain, thereby saving the costs in the entire oil supply chain;(2)Constructing a tridimensional oil supply chain cost management model by Introducing relationship dimension. This dissertation breaks the traditional two dimensions'production-cost' structure, constructing'production-cost-relationship' tridimensional analytical framework. It makes the analysis of China's oil supply chain cost more comprehensively and deeply, the oil supply chain goes smoother as well, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the oil supply chain;(3)Analyzing three types of costs in oil supply chain by constructing game model. Based on the characteristics of China's oil supply chain, the dissertation selects Stachelberg model, Shapley model and game-tree model, innovatively constructs three cost management model, they are:risk-sharing direct cost management model, information integration operating cost management model and relations-oriented transaction cost management model. Through model construction and deduction, it finds that China's oil supply chain can be enhanced by forming the risk-sharing mechanism, information integration mechanism and transaction protection system between companies, thus reducing three types of costs efficiently.
