Cost Control Scheme Design Of Company CR Base On Supply Chain Management

Under the circumstances that the market economy changes rapidly and the global economy develop wildly;the enterprises are now facing the fierce competition.It makes the industry enter an era of meager profit,thus,cost control is of great significance for the enterprises' survival.Traditional cost control method has obvious flaws: it only limited to the cost of the enterprise internal control,but not combined with upstream suppliers and downstream distributors' situation for cost management.The management for the cost supply chain,as an important part of the supply chain management,is not only a modern management technique or idea,but also a systematic,agile advanced cost management philosophy.However,supply chain cost management will expand to the entire supply chain,which is an adaptation to environmental changes.In order to meet the need for competition,the enterprises need to find more effective cost control methods.The management of the supply chain cost is an inevitable trend.This will become a new breakthrough for China's enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.This paper summarizes the development process of domestic and foreign supply chain cost management,relevant theories and control methods,and takes CR Company as an example to carry out the theme of its supply chain cost control scheme design.This paper introduces the development process,organization structure,technical source and product status of CR Company,and analyzes the current situation of supply chain structure and supply chain cost management,thus diagnosing the cost control problem for each link of supply chain.Secondly,the principles and objectives of CR supply chain cost control scheme design are determined,and the supply chain cost control system is constructed.At the same time,the supply chain cost control scheme of CR Company is designed according to the supply chain reference model.Finally,this paper puts forward the con CRete measures of implementing the cost control scheme of supply chain of CR company from the perspective of optimizing enterprise management process,information platform construction,personnel training and establishing full cost management consciousness.
