Modern service is a social system composed of complicated behavior with high cooperation and distributed characteristics. And the development of information technology makes it possible to carry out the reconfigurable specialty which is derived from the delivery, the usage and the reconfiguration of knowledge and the affective form of information with rapidly liquid configuration, which in some extent facilitates the decomposition of service, that is, service modularization.This research tries to search and establish a customer-oriented reconfigurable system for dynamic interaction according to the induction of service process and relevant constituents. Through the design research of the reconfigurable system architecture static mode and the customized dynamic interactive form, the balance between the specialization of objects and of processes can be found. It provides a scientific foundation to solve the incompatibility of the scale advantage from standard service and personality superiority from the customized service.There are two modes in establishing reconfigurable structural pattern of service system: basic form and architecture form. Basic form of service system design: study on the planning and designing sketch of service system based on the service system relevant elements. It is necessary to define customer requirements, develop service process, design, invoke and arrangement the system components. Reconfigurable architecture form of service system: study on the architecture based on the service system function. The adapted Bill of X (BOX) architecture of service system is constructed with four levels; and the bill of service process action representing the structural and process nature is also established from the functional view, behavioral view and the organizational view.The customized dynamic interactive mode of service system is discussed from two aspects: operation form and realization form. Dynamic interactive operation form of service system: study on the service center operational system based on the meta- service centers. Firstly, the customized requirements of customers are translated into high level meta-service system mode on the basis of goal ontology. And then the intelligent distributed service centers operational system supporting to dynamic configuration of component is proposed, using the Adaptive Dynamic Distributed Architecture. The result is a reconfigurable management system, which can use the knowledge of itself to proactively and dynamically drive both the search and the reconfiguration of its components. The realization form of customization interaction in service system: the methodology of service customization and the selective mechanism of reconfigurable modes alternatives. At first, through designing the customer interface for service customization, the process engine for event-condition-action based process model and the process component search strategy realize the service customization method. And then the mechanism of choosing appropriate reconfigurable modes alternatives of the service system for dynamic interaction is argued. Based on the Queue Theory, according to the practicality operation processing the customer requirements, the four alternative structures of reconfigurable modes are established and the selective mechanism for the best strategy is studied.The study will realize the reconfigurable service system architecture, the service dynamic interactive operational system and the multi-angle development of the reconfigurable design methodology.
