Study On The Financial Support System Of The Aging Industry In China

With the trend of population aging in China, the aging industry must bedeveloped as soon as possible. But so many factors are restricted the development ofthe aging industry in China, and financial difficulty is one obvious factor of them. Inorder to overcome the financial difficulty, a financial support system must be designedand constructed to support the aging industry of China. This thesis contains three parts:the research bases, the key contents and the conclusions.The first part includes chapter1~4. The first chapter is the introduction, theresearch background, aims, significance, status, train of thought and the methods andsteps have been studied in this charter; in the second chapter, the economic theoriesconcerning this thesis have been studied; the present situation and the advancedexperiences in the developed countries have been intouduced in the third chapter; andin the fourth chapter, the developing situation and financial questions of Chineseaging industry have been studied specificly, and the key principles and train ofthought of the key contents have been given.In the second part, a financial system has been designed to support the agingindustry in China. In the fifth chapter, the system of finacial supplies has beenstructured. The financial sources from the national fiscal and financial market to theaging industry, and so many financial instruments, for example, project financing,asset securitization, the industrial investment fund, securities and stocks, etc. havebeen studied; in the sixth and seventh chapter, the system of financial services andsecurities has been designed. The aging industry need so many services and securitiesfrom our government and the market in the in the course of financing, for example,the relvent management and supervision services from the government and theservices from the law and accounting firms; moreover, good institutions and policiesof the government and the perfect financial system and market can better theevrionment for the aging industry to finance. The system composed by financialsupplies, services and securities can be called "3S"model.In the eighth chapter, theoperational mechanism modes based on the financial "3S"model have been studies. The third part is composed of countermeasures and conclusion. In the ninthchapter, some countermeasures have been given to improve the aging industry's ablityto finance; in the last chapter, some useful conclusions have been drawn, and theresearch innovations and defects are stated.In one word, the sdudy on the financial support system of the aging industry inChina has the stronger practical and theoretical significance. We believe that thefinancing difficult of the aging industry in China will be solved gradually with thedevelopment of financial market and the government and social efforts in the future.
