China's Non-financial Listed Companies The Combination Of The Development Discussion

As early as in the 1870s,the transition period that the western countries were changing from Non-Monopoly Capitalism to Monopoly Capitalism, the Integration of industry capital and financial capital began to emerge, industrial and commercial enterprises, banking industry were exchanging money, human resources with each other. Since the beginning of the 21st century,the environment of products market has been tougher and tougher,modern enterprises have to face each pressure,to improve their core competency,they try to integrate and allocate every resources in every way,one of which is "Integration of Industry-Finance Capital(IIFC)".80% of world's top 500 companies have succeeded in carrying on IIFC strategy. However,in the special market economy environment of China,is the mode of IIFC effective for the domestic non-financial listed companies?How did the performance improvement after the companies carry out the IIFC strategy?There are several IIFC modes,how to choose the right one? This paper based on domestic non-financial listed companies'postion,through researching the developing law of IIFC strategy carried by non-financial listed companies,and tried to provide theoretical reference for these enterprises.This paper began with the concept of IIFC,listing the developing history of IIFC by foreign and domestic enterprises.Secondly,it analysed the quantities,modes of industry, shareholding proportion,performance about a part of the domestic non-financial listed companies,depending on the annual reports between 2006 and 2008 from CSMAR database.And then,it choose two typical IIFC cases taken by two famous enterprises Haier and Delong as to exploring the experience and lessons of IIFC cases.Finally,the auther tries to find out the trend of development of IIFC in China,and get the advise for non-financial listed companies executing IIFC projects.
