From Zhejiang Model Ideological Connotations, To See The Evolution Of The Economy

Since the Reform and Opening．the province of Zhejiang adheres to the socialist road with Chinese features,develops by means of endogenous dynamic,cultivates a large number of market agents,elementarily establishesthe institute of socialist market economy,forms the endogenous growth mechanism of the regional economy,and promotes the sustainable and rapid development of economy and society．The main characteristics of Zhejiang—mode can be summarized as follows:the small sums of capital with great economy．small commodities with big market,small—scale retailers withlarge—scale commercial network,small businesses in great industrial cluster,scarce resource with great—scale business operation,small cities with vigorous vision．That the sufficient developments of the individuals provide the prerequisite for the whole society to operate effectively demonstrates a typical and successful instance of individual-collectivity interaction．In recent years,the renaissance of evolutionary economics brings a suitable theoreticalformation to the explanation of the Zhejiang mode．From the perspective ofevolutionary economics,the author considers that to study the Zhejiang mode,three fundamental problems,that is:(1)What is the principle by virtue of whichthe endogenous development of economy and society in Zhejiang succeed?(2)How does the principle operate to effect the development of enterprisesand industries?And(3)How does the cultural basis and lhe ruralself_gOVemmental society which are suitable and beneficial to the pdncipleforms?To resolve these three problems the main tasks which thisdissertation will carry on are:I·to establish the theoretical basis,this dissertation traces the origin ofevolutionary economics and its flux,compares the different schools jn this field．establishes the theoretical heritage with which this dissertation will comply,then abstracts the assumptions of evolutional ration,knowledge media,andbusiness heterogeneity,and constructs the conception of spontaneous order．II．the research of the enterprise evolution which has the technical innovationas evolutionary dynamic．The dissertation will investigate the evolutionary features of the enterprises in Zhejiang from a microeconomic perspective．According to the search mechanism(that is innovative mechanisms),we will study the BVcSR naive choicing dynamic mechanism,the dVvSR management options dynamic mechanism,the management-level updatingdynamic mechanism and the collective understanding dynamic mechanismwhich can be comprehensively updated in the different periods of enterprisedevelopment．III．the research of industry evolution with the enterprise clusters as researchobject．According to the thought of labor division,we will consider division ofspecialization as the basis for the cluster evolution．analysis two mechanismform spatial and temporal aspects:(1 1the vertical division evolution mechanismbased on knowledge,we will focus on the evolution of knowledge network towhich the accumulation of knowledge in the process of specialized division,and(2)the mechanism of horizontal evolution based on the cooperativecompetition．IV．the research of the sociaI evolution with the main characteristics such asthe primary social autonomy．We will focus On the Natural Law hierarchicalconnotation in the evolution of rural society．and study the characte—stics 0fthe three Natural Law's self-evolution in Zhejiang rural society．V．We will investigate the formation,the meaning of utilitarian culture inZhejiang．and the modern spirit of Zhejiang from a perspective with a long—termof a thousand years．And then the explanation of cultural factors in the analysisof the pa~icular spirit of enterpriser in Zhejiang．From Zhejiang mode．in general。e can draw the following four aspects ofideological content about the evolutionary economics thought．In the thoughtsource,we should adhere to set out from the classicaI division theories．n theresearch methods,we should adhere to lhe combination of individualism andholistic,n the research objects,we should focus on the research aboutprocessing．In the research carrier,we should take the knowledge as the onlymedium．he government's role is primarily to safeguard the spontaneous order．...
