A Study On The Coordinated Developments Of Regional Industries Based On Intergrated Factors

Yellow River Delta is the last to be developed in China great river delta and at the same time is the most backward delta in our country and even in the word. This is due to several factors including natural and ecological environment, location conditions and development base. On the background of implementation of scientific development concept, it is an instructive exploration on how to formulate concerted industrial development measures for Yellow River Delta from the perspective of regional factor integrations in order to realize the harmonized development of industries in Yellow River Delta and improve the efficient and eco-industrial competitivity of the DeltaThis paper takes the industries of Yellow River Delta as the subject and coordinated development as the main line. On the basis of sufficient surveys on the development foundations and factor endowments of the Delta, in the light of the principle "mutual cooperation, collaboration support, structural optimization, giving priority to efficiency" and from the perspective of factor integrations, the paper comprehensively applies the theories and approaches including industrial economics, regional economics, evolutionary economics, game theory and modern system theory into the researches on the formulation of the industry structure with regional features and the optimization of he industry spatial layouts in order to realize the concerted industry developments, speed up the development of the Delta, promote the cooperation of Shandong with Tianjin Binhai New District, Jing-Jin-Ji and the Liaodong Peninsula and finally to realize the integration of Bohai Economic Rim. Therefore, to speed up the researches on the harmonized industry developments of the Yellow River Delta is not only relevant to the development of the Delta, but also provides an instructive reference for other region in the exploration on the regional harmonized developmentsThe paper consists of eight chapters in expatiating ideas. The First Chapter is introduction mainly to the background and the purpose of the paper, current status of the researches in this field at home and abroad, research approaches, technical routes and research contents. The Second is to expound the theoretical basis of industry coordination including industry structure, industry division, industry conjunction and industrial agglomeration theories, which fully explains science connotation, path of development and operation mechanism. The Third Chapter, following the game theory principle, probes into the mechanisms of how administrative region economy leads to an assimilated structure of regional economy. The Fourth Chapter analyzes the pattern and path of Harmonized Developments of Regional Industries Based on Integrated Factors. The Fifth Chapter is to assess the status of the Delta in coordination of regional industries. The Sixth is to propose industry coordinating modes of the Delta, i.e. eco-efficient and recycling agriculture mode, environment friendly and agglomerating industrial mode and modern service industries development mode. The Seventh is to put foreword some countermeasures of how to coordinate the industries of the Delta based on the factor integrations. The Eighth Chapter is to give some conclusions and look forward to the future researches.
