Supply Chain Coordination And Optimization Based On Logistics Service Platform

Logistics service supply chain coordination system is to coordinate among the supply chain members, when single logistics enterprise can not meet the needs of customers, it will improve its service ability with the cooperation of other enterprises. In order to better coordinate the supply chain, and to obtain greater revenue, each member will use their contract to coordinate with others. This paper mainly discusses the application of several contracts in different models, and tries to verify the effectiveness of the contract coordination.In this paper, we mainly discuss when the supplier's capacity is sufficient, we will maximize the profits of supply chain system through strategic subsidy policy, cost sharing and revenue sharing strategy; when the supplier capability is poor, we will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different strategies under the different strategy of supply chain system revenue size, and supply chain on the main revenue size. We can summarize logistics service supply chain according to the different model structure: when logistics service supply chain consisting of one supplier and one flat Taiwanese we will discuss the incomes in three kinds of strategies, which consists of Dominant follower game of supplier,,The symmetric information game of Nash, The asymmetric information game of Nash;when logistics service supply chain consisting of one supplier and two flat Taiwanese we will discuss the incomes in three kinds of strategies, which consists of Investment production, the Subcontractors, the Direct outsourcing of platform operator.
