This paper aims to study the relationship between international trade and reg-ional economic growth imbalances, From the perspective of international trade to explore the reasons for regional economic growth, but also to analyze the mechanisms of international trade imbalance in regional economic growth. Since Adam Smith, economic growth has been drawn worldwide attention, it also represents the level of economic development of a country or region。What are the factors at play in economic growth? From the observationside, the focus is also different. The classical theory suggests that the acc-umulation of capital and labor is the source of economic growth, however, endogenous economic growth theory suggests that technological progress plays an irreplaceable role. For a large country like China to change the poverty and backwardness, the primary objective is to promote economic growth, the source of economic growth has also attracted the attention of many scholar in China. However, we should see China's economic growth is extremely uneven. The Chinese economy has shown signs of this situation: south-east in rapid development, northern in general development, the slow development of the central, western has lagged behind. For the status of China's economic growth in imbalance, the reason can be said that the eyes of the beholder, the wise see wisdom. I believe that international trade is an important reason for the regional economic growth imbalance. In this article, from international trade to analyze China's economic growth, we use panel data of Chinese provinces, international trade and economic growth to analyze the imbalance of international trade and regional economic development, and gives conducive to China eastern, central and the Ministry of balanced develop-ment of countermeasures. In this paper, we adopt the theory and empirical methods of analysis. From Chapter 3 to Chapter 5, we use the theoretical research, in Chapter 3 of this paper, we review the theory of international trade and economic growth theory, then, we elaborated the theory of international trade, the economic growth theory of the development process, At the same time, we are also thinking of the international trade and economic growth are studied theoretically. In Chapter 4, we analyze the mechanisms of international trade on economic growth. We believe that a major factor of international trade to promote economic growth:institutional, technology spillovers, import and export trade, FDI, etc. In Chapter 5, from the perspective of international trade, we have to analyze China's economic growth, from advances in technology, import and export trade, FDI and other aspects of international trade affect regional economic growth in China, to provide theoretical support to the empirical Chapter 6 to Chapter 7 of the empirical analysis. In Chapter 6, we do an empirical analysis of international trade affect regional economic growth in China. The use of our 1997-2009, China's 31 provinces, municipalities, international trade, GDP data to establish a panel data model by OLS regression test and found that the international trade and GDP growth of China's municipalities, and regions sho-wing a positive correlation. Chapter 7, for international trade and economic growth within nature, we have established based on gravity model urban area of international trade and regional economic growth model, international trade and econ-omic growth to solve the endogeneity problem by adding instrumental variable. We select the 2009 bilateral trade data, combined with China's 31 provinces, mu-nicipalities and six continents, selected economies of scale of the land area and population considerations as a tool for variable output growth rate of GDP per capita assessment to create a mixed cross-sectional model through EVIEWSprocessing software, the results show tha; a significant role in promoting international trade on output growth in China's inter-provincial trade volume for each additional one percentage point, will make the output growth rate of value increase of 1.57 percentage points. The eighth chapter is a policy recommenda-tions, which combines the theory and practice of China's trade policy, regional development policies put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Chapter 9 is a specific instance of Wuhan city circle, for example, to analyze the foreign trade turned to the transformation of industrial structure and regional examples to explain the role of international trade on regional economic growth. This article may be innovations are:First, international trade factors as endog-enous power introduced into the growth model analysis. Second, construct a series of measurement equation model of China's 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, new panel data econometric analysis of the more comprehensive system to verify the role of international trade, growth of total factor to explain international trade inter-provincial regional imbalances in development.
